All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 business days after order confirmation.
During high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
Normal Post : Â Free Delivery
Free shipping on all orders through Normal Post.
Estimated delivery time: up to 10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and postal service availability.
Speed Post : ₹60 Extra
Customers can opt for Speed Post at an additional charge of ₹60.
Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Recommended for faster delivery and better tracking updates.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID will be shared via email.
Customers can track their parcel on the India Post website using the provided tracking ID.
Once the order has been shipped and tracking details have been shared, tracking and monitoring the parcel becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Returned Parcels & Re-shipping Charges
If an order is returned back to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address,
Customer being unavailable,
Non-pickup of delivery calls,
Failure to collect the parcel,
an additional ₹50 re-shipping fee will be charged to resend the order.
